The Partnership Firm was founded and raised by Col (Late) Hari Appasaheb Patil (Retd) and Comdt Rajaram Dhondiba Shinde (Retd) P.P.M. Both the Partners had served for more than 30 glorious years in the prestigious Indian Army and Border Security Force respectively. The Firm was inaugurated by Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur on the auspicious day of Vijayadashmi in the year 1995. Under their leadership, Elite Sainik Security Services evolved as a leading firm in providing quality, customer focused and employee satisfaction services.
He completed his schooling from Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun. An alumni of National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He was awarded the Sword of Honour for being adjudged the best all-round cadet and President Silver Medal for standing second in overall order of merit. He was commissioned into 71 Armoured Regiment and served in the Army for 21 glorious years. He was posted in Kargil during Op Vijay and has operated in Counter Insurgency environment in Jammu and Kashmir. He has successfully commanded troops and has adequate experience in man management. He is holding a degree in Telecommunication and Information Technology and a post graduate Diploma in Personnel and Security Management. He joined the firm in 2017.
He was born and brought up in Kolhapur. He was an Emergency Commissioned Officer who served in the Indian Army, Parachute Regiment for five years and later joined the Border Security Force. He served for 31 glorious years. During his service he took part in 1971 Indo-Pak War and later rose to command a battalion. He has been awarded the President Police Medal for his meritorious service. The officer is well conversant with business administration and labour Act and Rules. He was the Chief Security Officer of Central Industrial Security Force at Murmugaon Port Trust, Goa. He has been efficiently and successfully running the security services for past two decades. The officer’s acumen and able stewardship has helped in earning good reputation for the Firm in the industry and society.
